Research Correspondent - TV / Asia Pacific

Main Duties:

  • select relevant industry news and issues
  • carry out market analysis
  • build, maintain and manage databases relating to market statistics
  • be responsible for compiling, writing and delivering research reports in different formats (.ppt / .doc / .xls)
  • assist the Director of Market Research with ad hoc projects as required


The successful candidate will have:

  • more than two years of professional writing, research or consulting experience within the television industry;
  • at least six months' experience working as a market analyst within the television, telecommunications and media industries;
  • a high level of numeracy and an aptitude to analyse current industry issues logically and thoroughly;
  • excellent written English;
  • excellent spreadsheet and Word skills;
  • the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines;

Accuracy and attention to detail are essentials as well.
